One of the most cohesive and thoroughly concepted sites I've designed, as of this writing. I really like the way the different main sections are treated, with a large masthead image and a set of smaller, windowed boxes overlaying the photo. The "peep hole" in these containers is meant to point out the product they discuss, although in the case of the "citrus" section, I had to make an exception.
The client was insisent upon the use of a Magnolia leaf in a dominant location somewhere on the page, which caused a problems in conjunction with their dark red corporate color scheme. It was difficult to introduce such a deeply green leaf alongside this red without giving the site a decidedly Christmasy flair, so I compromised by using the foliage as a background texture on either side of the page and in the header. I really enjoy the warm, late summery feel invoked by the overall color scheme, as well as the way I was able to organize a vast amount of content without overloading the page with navigation. This site was designed during my tenure as Art Director for GravityFree Web Design.
