I really like the way this color palette worked out. There's always a concern when I do a site in greens and reds that it might turn out to be inherently Christmassy, but in this instance I think the khaki bookends at the top and bottom of the page, along with the actual shades of green I used, keep the holidays out of mind. I'm also very pleased with the way the Flash introduction worked out, since it spiraled out of a comment during my first meeting with the client that they wanted to use "floating dollar bills" in a central location on the home page. Originally, the dollar bills fell from the sky like rain, but it bogged the page down a lot, and in the end we both decided that stagnant monetary symbols worked just as well. This site was designed during my tenure as Art Director for GravityFree Web Design.
