Toxic Logo

Toxic Logo (Logo Design, 2001)
Graphic Design

Toxic was a campaign I concepted for a fictional city's children's museum. It was, basically, an educational journey through all the things I was interested in as a kid, but never really had a chance to learn about. What causes farts, burps, the runs, heartburn... everything I was told was taboo during my childhood. I'd imagine this wouldn't be the most popular exhibit in the world for the parents, but the kids would love it. The whole idea started to formulate for me when I lost track of my pencil during a late-night logo concepting marathon and doodled this funny, queasy-lookin' guy with a couple of moons orbitting his head. At first I discarded it, but later rescued it from the trash, vectorized it in Illustrator and based the whole project off of it.
